This two bedroom with updated furniture and appliances has a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has 2 twins (which can be converted into a King). The two bathrooms feature step in style showers. A fully equipped kitchen completes this superior vacation rental property!

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit.   Last year my family booked a two condos with Bello Realty at the Hale Hui Kai condos in Kihei Maui. We were bringing my mothers ashes to be placed with my dad at the Maui Veterans Cemetery. We returned this year 2023 booking three condos at Hale Hui Kai. These condos are great. Easy access to the beach and shops in Kihei and Wailea. Two out of the three condos we stayed in were great. Condo 309 wasn’t so great and was the more expensive of the three. It had a good view of the beach and was clean. The only issue was the air conditioning. The temperature during our week stay were in the high 80s. The owner had the thermostat set at 68 but to turn off every 2 hours and reset to the inside temperature of the condo if there wasn’t any movement. When we returned to the condo after being out all day we would walk into a HOT condo. The highest being 86. We would then have to turn the thermostat back to 68 but then again after two hours if would reset back to the inside temp. I had to call Bello Realty multiple times to ask the owner of the condo to turn off the timer of the thermostat so we could adjust the thermostat accordingly. We were there for a week, on the 5th day evening it was finally resolved. Bryce at Bello was great on getting this issues resolved for us with the owner. I will not be booking condo 309 again next year. Thank you Bryce for all your help and making the last 2 days of our vacation more pleasant.

  Enjoyable. To get consecutive days we needed to move a little more than desirable. Three different condo's.Of course this was not Bello's problem!

  A wonderfully relaxing week long vacation on Maui. This unit has been updated, had all of the amenities we needed and is in very nice condition. We especially enjoyed the evening sunsets down on the lanai. We have already booked to be back next year.
