Two bedrooms and two bathrooms -with a king in the master and two twins in the guest room- accommodate four guests .Newly installed split system AC is in bedroom suites only.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit.   Amazing stay! amazing view! Could not have asked for better! The complex is on our favorite beach in Maui and the apartment we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The kitchen was so amazingly equipped for cooking. We literally had everything we could’ve needed.

  Honestly the building and units are in need of updates, but the view (ocean front rooms) and location can’t be beat. Overall my family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Hale Hui Kai and felt comfortable in condo 311. I found it difficult to leave the lanai because the view was fantastic.

  A few suggestions:
  The rugs need to be cleaned, especially the one in front of the couch.
  The drain in the hall bath is partially clogged.
  The beach umbrellas are greatly appreciated but this year's umbrellas were flimsy and unable to withstand any wind.

  Loved this place. Had everything we needed. And AC in living room would have been good on a few occasions but over all it's awesome. Even in a storm it was great! Feels like the community of people who use this place all really enjoy it and take care of it. Everyone pitched in right after the storm to clear our area of the beach enough so we could all come and go quite easily. Loved that! The condo itself is fully equipt.
