This picturesque and private furnished two bedroom, two bath home is nestled in its own garden setting and is just a few steps away from Kamaole Beach #1-one of the most beautiful stretches of sand along the ocean in all of Maui! If riding the waves is for you- Cove Park is close by- the perfect place for those learning to "hang ten"! The home was recently remodeled and now has split air conditioning units throughout...plus an updated kitchen top to bottom! Updated bathrooms top to bottom! And new furnishings- comfortable and with tropical island feeling! Hale Kihei is handicap accessible- with ramps and other accommodations. The guest bedroom has the option for two twin beds or one converted king size bed (upon request and approval). This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the best of Maui. After a day at the beach with sun and fun- the cool lanai overlooking the shady green garden is the place to enjoy a refreshing beverage, read a book or take a nap. The well designed and equipped kitchen opens to the lanai for al fresco dining. There is also a propane barbeque grill for cooking some island favorites. For activity, shopping, restaurants, and other diversions are within walking distance of this great location.

  We love this house! It's secuded and private, but very close to the best beach and right in Kihei. We love that it has a huge deck and yard and we like the beach access right there. It has a good deal of space inside too for 2 couples or a family. It could use more comfortable chairs on the deck because we sat there a lot everyday. The deck is so comfortable, mostly shaded, and you can still hear and see the ocean. We've stayed here twice now and plan to book it again next year!

  We traveled with a family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens). This was our 5th stay in Kihei. This location is one of the best areas in our opinion. Walking distance to beginners surfing, Charley Young beach (great sand/nearby lifeguard/quiet/snorkeling along the shore), and food in either direction including food trucks. The house is just off the beach (you can see the water through the trees/hear the waves) and just a few steps through the backyard path. Parking is covered and at the doorstep. King bed and 2 twins beds were comfortable. Beach chairs/umbrella/beach towels were provided. No boogie board/floats. We loved the outdoor covered deck with ample space for meals. TV inside was not in an ideal location in the corner of the room but did have cable (need directions on how to use the cable). We took our own Roku and used with free WiFi. WiFi signal was excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffee maker (bring your own coffee/pods). Ample paper products were provided. The air conditioning/mini splits were in each room but did not work during our stay, so would make sure it is functioning since the bedrooms get very warm in the afternoon. We were appropriately compensated for our troubles. The rental company was quick to address our needs and had good communication. The grounds/yard were well kept (weekly service). I would recommend this home over the other large condo buildings nearby.

  We have stayed at a number of places in Kihei (four so far) and this was our favorite! Having a house with a large living area, deck, back yard and direct beach access was fantastic. It really facilitated our family time together! It had two reasonably sized bedrooms, a large laundry room, a nicely appointed kitchen, two bathrooms and a nice carport. We were on the beach a lot with the direct access making it easy to carry equipment down and set up on the beach. The unit has umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, and a couple of coolers. We used most of them and were thankful for the convenience. While you can see the beach from the house and deck, there are a lot of beautiful trees and plants, so the views are small, but walk a minute or two and you are on the beach. The house was clean and everything worked! There are great restaurants and shops within walking distance. You'll be happy here if you're looking for a house wtih direct beach access.

  House was wonderful and included several beach items for use. There was a fair amount of yardwork at the property and neighboring properties which was a bit noisy, but otherwise no complaints. The location was perfect for quick trips to the beach and walking distance from some food options.

  This was our fourth stay at this house. As usual, we love the location which gives you close proximity to the beach and close to all the restaurants in Kihei. One major improvement that needs to be done is to add quality chairs out on the deck. Since this is Maui, a lot of time is spent outside the house on the deck and over the years, the good quality chairs have diminished and only cheap plastic Walmart chairs remain which are very uncomfortable. For charging $400 a night, The house definitely needs some upgraded comfortable chairs to make the nice deck more enjoyable and comfortable to use.

  Very nice house with beautiful yard. Short walk to beach with soft sand, clear water, and gentle waves where you can swim as turtles swim by you. Several shops, restaurants, and kamaole 1 lifeguarded beach and park all within walking distance. This convenience means this area is very built up, but it is remarkably quiet even though house sits close to the street. Great location for short day trips around the island in all directions. Sand chairs, snorkle gear, and beach towels all available. Great covered and shaded lanai for meals and relaxing.
  Bello realty was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive when we had a small issue. Our only complaint was that the floors were very, very dirty, but the remainder of the home was quite clean and in good shape.

  This house was really nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable, appliances updated and there was plenty of room for us. It was great having the huge deck and we spent most of our time there. The sliding glass door wall made it feel even more open on the deck and living room. The backyard is great and we even brought a hammock and set it up in the trees. It feels very secluded, but we still could see a bit more of the ocean than we expected and could hear the waves perfectly. Charley Young beach is our favorite on Maui and our little path worked great to get out there. The only complaint that I have was that there were lots of little ants, but it's Hawaii and the owners had ant traps and were clearly trying to get rid of them. They didn't hurt anything really but we did have to keep some interesting things in the refrigerator (like the cereal) to keep the ants off them. I've already looked at the calendar for next year because it was such an awesome place to stay!

  We had such a wonderful stay at this property! It was immaculately clean; and stocked with beach gear, Board games, full kitchen, linens, and more. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower which I didn’t remember reading about in the description.
  The location is perfect with private access to an incredible beach, and a lot of stuff within walking distance.
  I would advise keeping EVERYTHING in the fridge as we saw some ants, even with stuff on the kitchen table. There was spray provided that we used. The A/C worked pretty good, but They (understandably) ask you to turn it off if you leave for the day and it was really hot upon return. The master bathroom is very hard to keep cool. We loved the way it was remodeled though!
  I plan to recommend this property to others!

  Beautiful house by the beach. Walk from the house to the waves is less than a minute. However, internet and Tv did not work during the 5 days we were there and that was a little inconvenient since we had little kids with us. There were also lizards and flying ants inside the house at night. Maybe that’s to be expected by the beach? Overall pleasant experience, but for the two issues mentioned above.

  This exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the property is and the location was awesome. There is one house in front of it that is beach front with direct beach access. However, this one was way better because you have a yard, a large lani and nobody walking though or in front of the property all day long to get to the beach. It seems very private and cozy. We loved the kitchen it was fabulous.

  Place is private, in a perfect location, 30 seconds walk to the beach. Older home but totally updated inside. AC works well. We spent 5 nights here and if we make it back to Maui, we'll definitely try to stay here again. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping.
  
  But the best thing is Charley Young beach. We had perfect conditions. Light wind, sun, calm waves, soft sand, turtles near tide pools. The people at the beach were great and it never got too busy.

  We had a marvelous time as always. Have stayed at the house a few times. Never disappoints . We were able to get in little early which was wonderful. All was clean and beautiful . Thank you Bello realty. Our only complaint is the living room furniture. It really needs new pads and some wood or something so you don't sink in . Very uncomfortable.. Love the look.. Just been sat on by too many people. But who goes to Maui to watch TV? We love it there .. Also ws unable to use the gas barbecue. Someone had turned the gas off so tight we were unable to open. Unfortunately it was after hours for Bello to come and fix it... We made our steaks in the oven.. We told Brice the next day, and he said he would come and fixit.. But , we only wanted to inform him for the next guest..
