Koa Resort #4F

A rare find! Three bedrooms and three baths and two levels make for plenty of space in this apartment. The first floor has a master bedroom-bath suite with a king bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a kitchen and dining and living area which open onto a spacious lanai. The second floor loft bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have the option for the twin beds to be converted to a King size bed (upon request and approval). There is a private lanai off the loft bedroom and en suite washer/dryer. Koa Resort is a wonderful location for a family vacation with a large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and barbecue grills throughout the five acre landscaped grounds.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit.   Very good experience. Hosts were most communicative via phone and email rather than the VRBO App. We were three couples sharing this place for a week. the bathrooms have definitely been updated compared to the photos listed here. air flow was great considering there's no AC. Very comfortable space and pool was amazing!

  We had 3 couples for 8 days staying in the rental. Everything was as described in the listing and overall I would recommend this place for anyone! The location is perfect for traveling into Kihei or other areas of the island and being less than 20 min from the airport was nice. The rental does not have A/C but this is accurate to the listing. The property had numerous fans and the breeze at night helped so was not bad.

  This property was a perfect home base for our family on our recent trip to Kihei. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. We loved having the kitchen which saved us money from eating out all the time. Our kids loved the pool. One thing to be aware is that the unit does not have A/C and can get quite warm. Location is excellent with the beach just a 5 minute walk away.

  There were 4 of us for most of our stay; 5 of us were there for one of the nights. Plenty big for all of us. Loved the in-unit washer/dryer. Kitchen had everthing we needed. Close to a shopping area. Good location to access various roads to take you to other parts of the island. Very clean. No AC, but even in the dead of the summer, it was not too difficult to keep cool with the doors and windows open and the fans on.

  This was a great place for our three couples. It was clean and had everything we needed.
  There was plenty of space, and we enjoyed the kitchen and access to the pool and lovely grounds. We also really loved that each couple had a bathroom!
  The location is just fine - we drove to the beaches near Wailea anyway. Some of the things in the rental were a bit dated, but it was a great value for what we paid, and overall we were very satisfied. The management was really helpful.
  We were not able to access our lanai due to circumstances that were beyond the control of management and yet they compensated us very fairly for this!

  We rented this nice, modest 3 bedroom condo for our Maui trip. Condo was close to grocery stores and main arterial traffic routes. The condo itself was clean but a little bit dated, but if you're in town to see the sights and not stay in the room the whole time, it's perfect for that. Amenities included swimming pool, shuffleboard and other conveniences.

  Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Was perfect for our family. Beach chairs and cooler that were available were nice touches. It is also nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. This is a dated unit, but for the most part, had what we needed. We did need to buy toilet paper and dish clothes.

  The home was very large with lots of room for a family. The main room floor was not very clean , needed to wear our slippers all day . There is no air condition. There was enough towels , but no hair dryer. There was only one TV , in the family room. The realty company was not flexible with check-in and check-out times, Even though the house rules manual had different times listed. The property pool was nice.

  Overall the unit is nice and clean, very beautiful but the biggest issue was no AC. It was a good thing it wasn't very hot the week we went, my 1yr old twins still had a hard time sleeping cause it was hot even with all the fans on.

  This spot had almost no flaws! Great layout, great location. The only issue was the lack of central air, but they provide multiple fans and if you open the doors/windows and put the fans near them it keeps the place cool enough. Would definitely stay again.
