Nani Kai Hale 405 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront Hawaiiana style condo along Sugar Beach. Enjoy your stay in this private condo with comfortable furniture and a split AC unit in each room. The open floor plan living room leads to a lanai with both ocean and Haleakala mountain views. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, split AC and a king size bed. The master bathroom has a custom stone walk in shower.

The living room has comfortable furnishings and an updated 65" smart TV. The sleeper sofa combo has been updated to a queen memory foam mattress and can comfortably sleep two guests. The fully-stocked kitchen with full size appliances is fully equipped to cook meals from this oceanfront condo. This unit has high efficiency split air conditioning, one in the bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen and ceiling fans for our guests that prefer open to enjoy the fresh air.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

  We stayed 8 nights in late March. Enjoyed great weather the whole time, around 80 every day. First thing we noticed was that the elevator was clean and worked perfectly, and it was close to our room. On entering the condo we noticed that it was very clean and had been remodeled sometime in the recent past. Furniture was in excellent condition and we really enjoyed the bed, so much that we are looking to replace our mattress at home with the same brand (Sound Sleep). There were only two of us in the unit but we found we really liked having two bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower and great shower head. The tile work was tasteful and professional. I speed-tested the wifi and got 300 mbps down/20 mbps up, very respectable. The location in Kihei is very convenient for traveling the island, easy access to the highways. The pool was clean and the beach is just steps away from the building. We checked in with Bello while here, but fortunately, we didn't need any services. We would rent this unit again.

  The apartment was well equiped. The appliances both large and small were only fair, but generally happy with the accomodations.
  Access to the beach and ocean was great. The pool is nice and cleaned daily but debris collects and I don't think the skimmer is working to clean the pool. Three onsite BBQs were a nice feature and we used them. Grounds are cared for well.

  The stay was good. We've stayed at this property at least 5 times and enjoy the location and being right on the beach. The hot water in the hall bathroom wouldn't turn on unless you held the spigot while turning the hot water handle and the drains in both bathrooms ran slow but it was a great stay.

  we enjoyed our week in the apartment, had every thing we needed for our vacation from towels, kitchen wear , good running hot water ,and even beach ambarella and chairs. The only little issue we had was the cleanness of the place specially bed covers and kitchen they need a little more care. other than that it was perfect.

  We love staying at Nani Kai Hale. The location in North Kihei is 30 minutes to Lahaina, 15 to Kahului, 20 minutes to Wailea area, close upcountry as well - so pretty much close to all areas and things to do with exception of Hana and Haleakala.😁
  Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Cleaning could have been a bit better - shower to bedroom, my feet were visibly dirty and the master toilet had mildew around the upper bowl, which I cleaned myself. Bed in master was comfortable with nice quality sheets! Sofa bed - well it’s a sofa bed - I’ve never found one to be “comfortable”, but it was fine for our daughter. 😁.
  Grounds were very well kept and we enjoyed grilling and sitting on the lawn for sunsets.
  Will stay again!

  We were overall very pleased with our rental experience. The place accommodated our family of 4 for 8 nights. It was easy to book, clean, and had all the basic necessities (towels, dishes, utensils etc) for our stay. We were pleased to find out there were beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage room!

  We had been to Maui before and stayed further south in Kihei. This unit was ideal in that it was a bit further north and at the "crossroads" between Kihei, Lahaina and Kahului. We had great views, a nice pool, grassy area with lawn chairs overlooking the ocean, and there was a fantastic beach. The unit itself was clean and the extra bathroom was a plus at times. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

  We enjoyed our stay even though we had 12 inches of rain, terrible winds and tons of mud! Stephen, the manager did a wonderful job of keeping things running smoothly after the mud began to flow. We only had sunshine the day we arrived, but we made the best of it. We survived our trip to Hana and made it out before the road was closed. We never saw a sunrise or sunset on the mountain - maybe next time. We will be back.

  A very nice appointed apartment. The King bed and Queen sofa beds were very comfortable. The bonus was the 2 full bathrooms. The barbecue area is great where everyone can gather at night to view the awesome sunsets. It’s also very close to Costco, Macy’s, Target, TJ Max, Walmart and many other shops in Kihei.
