Nani Kai Hale 307

Nani Kai Hale 307 has an open floor plan that features a modern galley style kitchen and a spacious living room decorated with a tropical flair and with a queen sofa bed and LARGE flat panel screen tv. Split AC system installed in living room and bedroom. There are two full bright and airy bathrooms- all updated and with granite counter tops. The bedroom is complete with a comfortable king size bed and flat panel screen tv. There is free wi-fi internet access. The lanai has a lovely ocean view and high end noise canceling slider doors. Relax and enjoy this piece of Maui Paradise.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

  We had a good time. We had trouble with the Living room TV which we reported and it was promptly replaced.
  
  Two items you may not be aware of: 1) The two recessed lights in the entry bathroom quit working and 2) the drapes in the living room are not fully attached to the hooks by the sliding door and the drapes in the bedroom are a little worn. (We left a note)

  Property description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. It was clean and in good shape. It was a great bonus to find beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella and a cooler were provided. Our only complaints are the metal lanai furniture was horribly uncomfortable and there were not enough wash/bath cloths provided. We loved Kihei and Sugar Beach!

  A beautiful updated Condo. Nani Kai Hale is in a great location on Sugar Beach. It also close to Kihei where you can find anything you need. You are also a 5 minute drive to Tennis and Pickle Bal Courts. 307 had everything we needed to have a nice stay. The bed was firm just the way I like it.

  Absolutely loved the property and location! The view from the lanai was extraordinary! So relaxing to have morning coffee. The groundskeeper does an AMAZING job keeping the grounds on top top shape! I hope we can return sometime soon. First time in Maui and it didn’t disappoint!

  We recently stayed in room 308 (June 2022) and found it to be a great location with a nice presentation.
  PROS:
  Very convenient to get to the beach.
  The kitchen had all the pots / pans / cups / plates / utensils you could need and it was nice to have some other everyday items such as paper towels and cleaning supplies.
  No key to enter the property - just a code which made it very convenient to allow fellow travelers to enter our room to retrieve items as needed.
  
  CONS:
  The bed seemed cheap and was uncomfortable.
  
  It was a nice room with a good layout with an eye pleasing decor. Would be nice to have a more comfortable bed.

  And did mention to caretaker that laundry machines weren’t operating despite money deposited which he helped us with! Would stay again very comfortable and great location loved beach a few steps away! Clean condo and grounds of complex including bbq area enjoyed eating there outside! Times of Reno’s above condo started a few days after arrival and it would have been good to have been informed when booking instead of reading a note on elevator

  great place for the two of us. It had everything we needed: very nice comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows, a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to make some meals, and of course, the Lanai. We went to sleep and woke up to the sound of waves. The location was near restaurants, food trucks, shopping, and other nice beaches, yet set aside just enough for peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
