This 3 bedroom 3 bath multi level condominium apartment is like a private home! From the entry you can step up to the open living area with a ocean view lanai. The spacious living area can easily accommodate a family get together with the entertainment area and comfortable dining section. Also on this level is the well equipped kitchen-perfect for a quick snack or making that gourmet meal to enjoy on the lanai. The living room sofa opens to a queen size sleeper sofa able to accommodate 2 guests. On the lower level are two bedrooms-each with their own lanai and a separate full size laundry room. Just a few more steps is the private master suite- with a private garden view lanai. Want to take a refreshing dip? The swimming pool at The Palms of Wailea is a short walk through tropical gardens. Want to stroll along a long sandy beach? The "jewel" of Kihei- Keawakapu Beach is also a short walk from the property. This property has something for everyone's perfect Maui get away!
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

  The condo that we stayed at was very cozy and welcoming, with its decor and furniture. Located in the heart of Wailea, we were only a 3-4 minute drive from shopping area, the beach, and the restaurants that we wanted to visit. Our family and friends had plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place was clean and tidy. We appreciated the condo providing an ample amount of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas that we were able to borrow when we went to the beach. The pool area of the complex was modern and had a sunset viewing tower.
  I want to note that there is a short flight of stairs to the living area and master bedroom. Also, the bug screens over the windows in the master bathroom were broken and needed to be replaced.

  This property worked well for three adults and two children. Plenty of space. The kitchen had everything imaginable one might need. Almost too much. The owners use this property a lot. They had personal items and clothes everywhere. Too much. They even left their car in the parking spot we were supposed to use. There is a hose near the front door to rinse off beach sand, but the handle had been removed, so we couldn't use it. That being said, the unit was clean and in a great location. Bello was great to work with. They let us get in early on check-in day which was wonderful since our flight arrived at 10am. I would use Bello again. I would recommend this unit if you are bringing children.

  This unit is very spacious, lots of privacy and room to spread out. Very well stocked with anything you could need, including beach chairs, umbrellas and pantry items. Beautifully and comfortably furnished including great beds although desperately in need of some new knives and a few upgrades. Floors are great and unit is very clean but bathrooms and kitchen cupboards are old and worn. Two very small issues while there but both handled by Bello Realty immediately and satisfactorily. Road noise is mostly loud after dinner and first thing in the am but very quiet during the night. A perfect location to get everywhere and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunsets. Nice to be able to walk to beach and even shops at Wailea if you wanted to. We did the Wailea Ocean Front walk from there and loved it. All in all we had a wonderful time and would love return.

  Had a great time at the condo - it has been updated since the pictures, with new flooring throughout. Previous reviews referred to the unit as dated, I don't think that's the case anymore. The unit was very well stocked for our visit including a well appointed kitchen. We were easily able to cook a Christmas dinner! Worked really well for our family of 4 adults and two kids. We also had a good experience with the property managers, internet cut out one day, and someone was over at the unit to fix it within a couple hours. Would definitely stay there again!
  
  Two flags, the unit has a fair amount of stairs to the unit and within in, if mobility is an issue. It is also close to the road - the noise didn't bother us at all as the road isn't super busy, but those who are sensitive to road noise might find it bothersome.

  We had stayed here 11 years ago and noticed a few changes. The sofa bed had a brand new mattress and new cushions or perhaps was completely new this time so more comfortable for sleeping on. The safe was not working and they had to take it away for repairs so we didn't have that which was very appreciated last time. Any other needs were taken care of within a couple of days so all in all still our favourite place to stay. Easy walk to the beach for most people (even my mom who is 91).

  A very roomy, well laid out townhouse with all the amenities. Clean but a bit dated and the carpet throughout is due for replacement. Beautiful hardwood stairs up and down from entrance area. Large lanai with barbecue and ocean view in the distance. Exceptionally well groomed property of the Palms at Wailea and ideal property for multiple family condo accommodations with easy walking distance to neighboring spacious lanais for family gatherings. Beautiful location with near access to ocean beaches, Pollo Beach our favourite.

  Ou party of six adults and one child enjoyed a very comfortable and memorable stay in this well located, spacious, and homey townhouse in Wailea. The home is well stocked with everything a family might need including beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys, extensive kitchen gadgets and appliances for cooking, and even games and puzzles. The pool area is very nice, there is a beach in walking distance but we enjoyed spending time at Wailea and Big Beach. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the laundry facilities, shampoo and body wash in each bathroom. It felt like a resort home away from home!   This condo is very spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen and the owners have supplied the kitchen nicely with spices, kitchen plastic wraps, dishwasher soap, trash sacks, etc. The bathrooms as well were well stocked with TP, shampoo, soap, conditioner, plus the laundry was stocked with laundry detergent and other supplies. This is unusual for a rental so go check it out before you head to grocery store. The only downside is that the AC didn't cool well or remove humidity from home, but probably just needs servicing. Bello Realty was very helpful in answering any questions with a phone call or email. We would absolutely stay there again.
  
  This unit was very clean and has had some updating in kitchen and bathrooms. This is someone's personal vacation home so the decorating reflects their style but is quit comfortable. There were 7 workable beach chairs and a beach cooler available for the beach.

  The drawbacks are the twin beds need to be replaced and the carpet I needs to be replaced as well.
  
  Also my main complaint is that checkin isn’t until 4pm and cleaning service didn’t arrive until 3:45pm and wasn’t done until 5:30pm. My family was dying to get into the condo as we were at the beach all day. Never got any response from Bello Reality , disappointing.

  This is a great condo that is very spacious and nice! We loved the nearby beach and being able to either drive or walk they’d. We found the beach chairs after a couple days stashed behind the right side of the deck. We used the kitchen and plates, appliances etc often and loved having all the conveniences of a real home. It’s nearby fancy resorts like Wailea andaz and grand Wailea and we loved walking on the beach walk trail each day past these. Hopefully will return again! Thank you!!! Really appreciated the little details like shampoo in all 3 bathrooms, a nice laundry facility with soap, beach towels and chairs provided and plenty of parking. Beds were all comfy and the pullout couch was ok for teens but some extra floor mats were there too if you didn’t want to use couch.

  We stayed here for two weeks with adult relatives, cooked wonderful meals every night and enjoyed the spacious lanai. This home has everything you need for the beach, too! A word of warning, though: It is directly above two very busy streets so the noise can be almost deafening. Also, the internet stopped working after five days, and although someone came promptly to troubleshoot, it was not operable during the test of our stay. The pool is quite a distance from this building, but the beach is just a walk away!

  Our family of four adults and one child stayed in this wonderful Maui unit. Compared to so many other condos, the spaciousness was fabulous. The unit was fully equipped, including beach chairs, fins and toys. We cooked in a lot, which was easy with all that was provided in the kitchen. The lanai is big, with a lovely view. The layout could not have been better: three floors with master bedroom on lower floor, two bedrooms on second floor, and living area on the third. The windows in master bedroom are all around offering gorgeous flora views. Similarly the living/dining room have sliding doors and windows that bring the outdoors in. It was a pleasure to be in the space. Worthy of note is that the unit is old and it definitely showed it’s age. Though rather worn, it is so spacious and comfortable that the age can easily be overlooked. With its perfect location and its spaciousness, we loved staying here for two weeks.

  This three bedroom condo was our favorite on Maui. It’s a split level condo with two bedrooms on the level you walk in on, then an upper level with a large kitchen, dining and living area. The master suite is on the lower level (below the kitchen, dining and living area). The condo has central a/c, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office area in the living room. The condo had plenty of space for the five adults in our group. Additionally, just a short walk down the hill from the property is a beach access where you’ll find a lengthy beach with buttery soft sand and snorkeling. Wailea was definitely our favorite area on Maui!

  So easy to check in, great location close to the beach, restaurants etc. and lots of parking. We used the fully-stocked kitchen to cook almost everyday and took the provided beach chairs/towels to the beach. Loved that there is in unit laundry too. Beds were comfy, we slept 6 easily. Wifi and TV worked great. The only cons were this was the strictest community pool I have ever experienced (if you want to spend a lot of time at the pool... maybe look elsewhere) and it would have been great it they provided a hair dryer. But we loved our stay and would definitely come back!
