Enjoy your stay at this newly listed 2BR/2BA premium condo next to the beach in the heart of Kihei. 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to grocery and restaurants. Tropical garden, swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Condo features built in washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, AC, WiFi, lots DVDs, and can sleep 4 to 6.

Lanai has Haleakala mountain view, a dining set and is equipped with beach gear. Vaulted floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings an unobstructed view from the kitchen, bedroom and living room.

This condo has two bedrooms, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs LOFTED bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The living room has a new memory foam queen sofa bed which can accomodate 2 guests. It has two full baths, one with tub access. Each bedroom also has beautiful outside view and plenty of natural sunlight and breeze.

Whole condo will be available to the guests. If you care about storage space, there is plenty in the house for guest access. The newly installed washer and dryer units is a rare luxury in Maui and great for in-house laundry after a long day in Maui.

Kitchen is fully equipped with blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups and all necessary silverware/cooking pots. You may find essential condiments stocked. Anytime you need something, the grocery store is right behind the community at 5 mins walking distance.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

  The condo is very well stocked with nearly everything you may want and the management company is extremely responsive to requests. The condo is a 1/2 block walk to the beach and 1/2 block to a grocery store. There are great restaurants all within a 5 mile radius and Kaanapali is a 45 minute drive if you want to take the drive.

  Great stay, perfect for a family. Amazing proximity to the beach. Has its own pool. At little but North of the main area of Kihei but still close to tons of shops and grocery stores. Only downfall is the condo does have some items like pool noodles and snorkels but it is stuff that I think travellers have left behind.

  Place was clean, quiet and conveniently located behind a grocery store and small shopping center with bar/restaurants and yummy pie shop. Unit is close to parking lot and also faces the street with available parking. Pristine pool. Walk to coffee. Walk to beach. Can walk along the sandy beach but it's a little rocky for getting into water. Easy drive to restaurants, shopping areas, other beaches. Comfortable amount of space for five people. I had no issues in which to contact management during my stay.

  This lovely condo was everything it advertised. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located in Kihei. There were plenty of towels, garbage bags, a washer and dryer and complete laundry supplies. The property was clean and well-maintained. We needed to contact the Manager a couple of times and they were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. This is definitely a property to recommend. The only complaint we have is that there was no ability to recycle products.
  
  Our stay was for two weeks. We drove most of the Island to the major towns and enjoyed the amenities each had to offer. We needed a taxi for an evening out and it was easy to arrange with the local cab company in Kihei (and reasonable). The aquarium and botanical gardens were lovely and close by. The drive to Hana was worth the twists and turns! A lovely lunch in Hana was a midway treat with a panoramic view of the ocean at our table. The shopping is mainly tourist-driven, and there are no classic malls to visit (or that we found). The weather was superb and we enjoyed our coffee on the lanai every morning looking on to the gardens and pool in the courtyard. This was a special time of day for us. Early morning sun when it's not too hot. The grocery store around the corner is probably the best deal for groceries. And you will find the grocery prices rather high in comparison to Canada. But think of the shipping! We enjoyed many meals in the condo as the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We went out for lunch every day and tried the most recommended restaurants. All were good and had great service.
  
  Overall, this was a most relaxing vacation. The people were especially kind and welcoming. We were very happy with our accommodations and would gladly return one day. We recommend this property to anyone looking for convenience and inclusive living needs.

  We spent 13 days in this beautiful unit with our daughter and son-in-law. The layout was perfect. Gave couple a private bath and bedroom. Having the washer and dryer was also very handy. Exceptionally clean and good supply of amenities in the kitchen and for the beach. The pool is nice, but I prefer to swim laps at the Aquatic Center which is a terrific asset. Excellent location for walking to nearby restaurants, grocery, drug store, beach, and the bus line. Great to have free parking too. The unit is updated and well kept. We'll come here again!

  This is our 2nd time staying in H202! It's the perfect location - close to the beach, restaurants, grocery and roads to Kahului and upcountry. The grounds are well kept and the community is very quiet. Nice open living area and nice patio to hang out outside. Comfortable bedrooms/beds with separate bathrooms is a plus! The pool is right across from the unit so made it easy to go for an afternoon swim! Will stay here again and again!

  This was a nice unit. The only detrimental situation was the timing of having the asphalting job of the entire parking lot being done Easter week when we were there along with the Pest control spraying which required us to leave for an hour after the treatment. All parking was displaced for the week. Just unfortunate timing. The location was great.

  An enjoyable stay at this location in Kehei. Close to a beach (4 minute walk) with lovely sunsets, whale watching and sea turtles during our stay. We made use of the great pool and BBQ area. Air conditioning worked well when it was needed (not often).
  Only complaint was that Bello realty did not reply quickly (or sometimes ever) to the questions we left on the VRBO messing platform. Thankfully the questions we posed were ones of convenience rather than urgency.

  Overall, we had a great time at Kihei Garden Estates. A lovely property and well designed units, in a very quiet area of Kihei. The grounds of the property were excellent and well maintained. The common pool and hot tub area were great; nice to use on a rainy day when it was unsafe to be in the ocean.
  
  Beds were very comfortable, which is important after a long day of hiking or surfing or exploring the island. However, we would suggest the property management company pay more attention to lighting in this unit. The living area was very dim in evenings even with all available lights on. A number of bulbs were burned out throughout the unit and no spares bulbs were found to replace them. The living room furniture also requires some attention -either a very good cleaning or replacement, as it was quiet stained & worn.
  
  Granted, we did not call the management company during our stay to address these issues - as we were too busy during the day enjoying beautiful Maui!
